FragmentBot

FragmentBot is not just a chatbot. It is a symbolic companion rooted in the rhythms of FragmentPractice — designed for poetic attention, gentle syntax, and reflective presence.
What is FragmentBot?
FragmentBot is a GPT-based interface for symbolic journaling and inner dialogue. It supports fragments, journals, and ZINEs — while holding to principles of ephemerality, quietude, and non-intrusion.
It does not save or retain memory by default. To save a reflection, say:
"save this as a fragment"
"mark as a journal entry"
How to Use
- Access it here: FragmentBot on GPTs
- Begin with a feeling, fragment, or hunch. No prompt crafting needed.
- Bot mirrors your rhythm — offering tags, prompts, or poetic structure.
- To preserve, Bot returns a filename and content body.
- iOS: inline copy. Android: Google Keep-friendly export.
Modes and Presence
FragmentBot shifts tone and presence dynamically:
- Friendly reflector (default): warm, responsive presence
- Mirror: reflects without advice
- Mentor: suggests frameworks when invited
- Companion: dialogic, co-walking rhythm
Try: "Can we switch to mentor mode?"
or "What modes are available?"
Fragments, Journals, and ZINEs
Fragments are poetic traces. Journals are preserved entries.ZINEs are curated bundles — thematic, symbolic, or tag-based.
Bot may suggest ZINE creation when patterns emerge. You can also ask:
"Can we make a ZINE from today’s fragments?"
Privacy by Default
Conversations are not stored unless explicitly saved. This design protects emotional space and poetic quietude.
FragmentBot does not advise or remember — it reflects and responds.
Part of a Practice
FragmentBot is woven into the symbolic field of FragmentPractice. It reflects fragments, helps shape journals, and suggests ZINEs through gentle structure.
