Post a single image Fragment

A phone displaying the capture screen
“A photo is also a Fragment.”

You can use the mobile interface to post an image as a Fragment — a quiet gesture of presence.

Why this matters

FragmentPractice encourages stillness within flow.
Taking a single photo is not about memory, but attunement.
A way to let one moment speak — without documenting everything.

This act of intentional noticing can re-tune your pace,
offering structure through quiet ritual.

How to do it

  1. Open the FragmentPractice mobile UI
  2. Tap the camera icon
  3. Take a single photo that resonates with your current rhythm
  4. Add an optional caption or tag — such as:
    #light.trace#quiet.presence#body.rhythm
  5. Save it as a Fragment — ephemeral by default unless explicitly saved

Example use

These are not “memories” — they are fragments of symbolic time.
